Football legend Jill Scott has partnered with Holland & Barrett to challenge the nation to stay active this summer and support Sport Relief.
New research indicates that 51% of people admit to not reaching the NHS recommended 150 minutes of weekly exercise. Signing up for a fitness charity event is a powerful motivator for 37% of Brits, with 77% continuing their training even after completing a fitness challenge or charity event.
To inspire the nation, Jill Scott has launched her own charity challenges with H&B for Sport Relief, setting a trio of trending fitness challenges on social media for the whole family. From one-legged squats to balance and coordination tests, everyone can share their attempts online with #TheMovementMovement and donate to Sport Relief.
