The annual Salt Festival is back for 2018!
The Droitwich Spa Salt Fest started back in 2006 to celebrate the town’s unique salt heritage. Over the years the event has dramatically grown, now taking place across the whole town centre and attracting thousands of visitors each year.
Whilst the salt heritage and Romans are still important aspects of the festival, the event has now taken centre stage to become a showcase for the town, local businesses and the community. Many local groups take part in the festival by running stalls and fun activities, whilst live music features young and up and coming local performers. For a full list of activities, see below:

The Salt Fest really is a great day out for the whole family with lots of entertainment and activities to keep everyone entertained for hours! This year’s event will take place on Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th September, so be sure to put the dates in your diaries!
